Setting up Voria

Sign up in seconds. No credit card required, your workspace is ready as soon as you confirm your email.

1. Go to Settings → Shops.
2. Click Add shop. This redirects you to the Shopify App Store.
3. Install Voria on your store and authorize it. You'll land back in Voria, connected.

Once connected, every conversation shows the customer's orders, lifetime spend, and refund history, and you can issue refunds, edit orders, and create gift cards right from a conversation. It also powers the Products report and grounds AI-drafted replies in real order data.

Go to Settings → Inboxes and add the channels your customers reach you on: email, chat, WhatsApp, Instagram, or Facebook.

1. Go to Settings → Agents (admin only).
2. Click Add agent.
3. Enter Agent name and Email address.
4. Pick a role under Roles.
5. Click Add agent to send the invite.

• Agent : views and replies in conversations, applies labels, day-to-day inbox work.
• Agent+ : everything an Agent can do, plus refunds and related order actions.
• Manager : everything an Agent+ can do, plus creating and editing macros and labels, adjusting store settings, and configuring AI automation.
• Admin : the same level of control as the store owner, including team, billing, and other sensitive settings.

1. Go to AI Agent in the sidebar (Manager/Admin).
2. Set Agent Name, the name customers see when the AI drafts or sends a reply.
3. Optionally write General Rules: things to never say, how to handle escalations, etc.
4. Optionally set a Tone per channel and a Signature.
5. Click Save.

AI drafting is available right away, no separate switch to turn on. Any agent can click Draft or Expand with AI in the reply box; see Replying →.

Send a test message on each channel you connected. It should appear as a new conversation in Voria within a few seconds. You're ready to go.
