Voria has four roles. Each one builds on the last, an Agent+ can do everything an Agent can, a Manager everything an Agent+ can, and so on.
The four roles
- Agent : views and replies in conversations, applies labels, day-to-day inbox work.
- Agent+ : everything an Agent can do, plus refunds and related order actions.
- Manager : everything an Agent+ can do, plus creating and editing macros and labels, adjusting store settings, and configuring AI automation.
- Admin : the same level of control as the store owner, including team, billing, and other sensitive settings.
Who can access what
- Conversations, Settings → Profile : every role.
- Reports : every role can open it, but only Admins (and the store owner) see the real report. Everyone else is shown their own performance page instead.
- AI Agent : Managers and Admins only.
- Settings → Store, Labels, Macros : Managers and Admins.
- Settings → Agents, Inboxes, Shops, Subscription, Usage : Admins only.
A few exceptions worth knowing
- Refunds, order edits, and gift cards from a conversation need Agent+ or above, see Shopify Customer bar & actions .
- Creating a shared view needs Manager or Admin, see Creating, editing & deleting views .
- The store owner can't be edited or removed from the team list, by anyone.
