Every conversation with a connected Shopify customer shows their order history in the sidebar, and lets you act on it without leaving Voria.
What you see
- Order count and lifetime spend
- Email, phone, and default address
- Marketing consent
- Chargeback or dispute flags
Click an order to expand its full Shopify timeline.
Order actions
Each order has an Actions dropdown:
- Refund : select line items (amount auto-fills), optionally restock them, optionally notify the customer, add a reason, then Issue refund.
- Cancel order : choose whether to refund, pick a reason, optionally restock and notify, then Cancel order. Disabled once an order is fulfilled or already cancelled.
- Edit order : add, remove, or adjust line items, then Save. Also disabled once fulfilled or cancelled.
- Duplicate : creates a new draft order with the same items and address.
Creating a new order or gift card
Next to Customer, two icon buttons let you start fresh:
- New order : pick products, then collect payment by sending a credit card link or marking it as already paid.
- New gift card : set an Amount, optional note, and optional expiry date, then Create gift card.
Who can do this
Admins, Managers, and Agent+ can take any of these actions. The Agent role can see everything in the sidebar, but these buttons are disabled.
